  • Chairman's Introduction

    Hello and welcome to the Berkshire Centre of the Caravan & Motorhome Club website. My name is Phil Tidbury and I started my first term as Chairman in October.

    A little about myself. I am married to Judy and have four grown up children and three grandchildren. I have been a Centre member for a number of years and served as Rally Secretary for the previous 18 months.

    We have a full Rally Programme for 2025; it is currently on the Downloads page. Each rally will be launched for booking on the Rallies & Events page as soon as we can assemble the information.

    • To kick off the 2025 season, the Committee is holding a “Natter and Chatter” event at Padworth Village Hall on Saturday 11th January at 2pm. Rally Officers are invited to come along to arrange the admin needed for your rallies.

    It is also an open opportunity for any Berkshire member to come along and discuss anything informally with Committee members and with each other. If you have an idea for a rally or event, or a venue, bring it along and we’ll explore the possibilities together. If you haven’t yet ventured onto a rally, come along to meet up with us and find out how our Centre works, and to help to plan your weekend getaways and holidays for 2025

    Tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits will be available. There is no associated rally with this get-together.

  • 2025 Programme

    The 2025 Programme is coming together well. The latest copies of the Year Planner and Rally Board are available on the Downloads page. Thank you to all who have volunteered to run a rally for next year. There are some rallies available, so please consider putting yourself forward to help run any of these and provide variety and opportunities for members to get away for weekends and holidays.

  • Charity fundraising

    The Charity Rally at the end of August saw the culmination of fundraising for the Chairlady’s charities nominated by Marie Woodward – Dementia UK and Prostate Cancer UK. A total of £1600.00 was raised and has been divided equally between the two charities. Thank you to everyone for your support and generosity.

  • Home Counties Division

    Berkshire Centre is part of the Home Counties Division of the Club.

    The Home Counties Division is holding its 2024 AGM on Saturday 18th January 2025 (postponed from its usual date in October), in the Broughton Suite, the Holiday Inn, Aston Clinton Road, Aylesbury, HP22 5QT starting at 3.00pm. Online attendance using Zoom is being offered - please register with the Division Administrator, Linda Allen by Weds 15th January

  • Downloads Page

    The Downloads page on this website contains various documents and is one of the main information sources for Centre Members and Rally Officers. The page includes approved Minutes of recent Committee Meetings.

  • Social Media

    Berkshire Centre has an open Facebook Page, a members Facebook Group and an Instagram presence. The open Facebook Page is visible to anyone, and only contains advertisements for our rallies and events. The members Facebook Group can only be viewed and posted to by members. Members can request to join the group, and can then read and post news information in the Group.

  • Centre Membership Renewal - Reminder

    Don't forget to re-register with the Berkshire Centre when you renew your Caravan & Motorhome Club membership. It does not happen automatically. There are three ways to renew:

    • Log-in to the Caravan and Motorhome Club website www.caravanclub.co.uk, Click on My profile then My Membership where there is an option to Join or renew a Centre.
    • Or you can renew Centre membership by phoning the Club on 01342 318 813.
    • Or complete and return the Centre Registration form attached to your Club membership renewal paperwork.

    The Berkshire Centre operates as part of the Caravan & Motorhome Club, and within the Club's Privacy Policy for Centres
